The 2022 IM Des Moines took place in Des Moines, IA on June 12, 2022. The course started in the stunning Lake Coeur d’Alene and featured rolling hills with a Pacific Northwest backdrop. The race featured a swim course where athletes ran across the peninsula, biked through John Wayne’s hometown, ran loops around picturesque Grey’s Lake and finished in beautiful downtown Des Moines.
